Last Day

Today I requested my last kit as a Supreme Team Member. I will get it in the morning and do the layout and my duties will be complete. I am a bit sad, but I have to say, it has been a wonderful 3 months. I have gotten so many great kits from the designers there and I will have lots to work with long after this.

Here are just a few of the layouts I did this month:

For this one, I used Forever Autumn by Christy Skaggs.

This one is done using the kit Sweet September by Verena Karolyi

I used the kit The Butterfly Queens:Thaleia by Digital Anemonato scrap Chloe in the sand.

The end of my Supreme Team Duties

The last few days I have been finishing up my layout requirements for GDS. This is the last month of my "Supreme Team" duties there. In a way I hate to see it end as it has been quite rewarding to be a part of the team, but in another way I am ready for a break. I would like to get back to scrapping just for the fun of it. I love doing layouts, but I like choosing my own kits, and elements. I have completed my required 6 for the month of September, and up until the end of this month, I am able to choose the kits I want to work with. Today I chose "All Hallows Eve" by One Memory At A Time. It is an awesome kit, especially if you have kids who love Halloween like I do! Here are a couple fo the layouts I did with this kit. I had fun with these.

Busy Week

It has been a very busy week at our house, it is kind of nice to just relax this afternoon. I thought I would take time to post some of my newest pages. Also, I got my book today, and I have to tell you it is awesome! I will be taking some photos of it layer and posting them for you to see. Seriously, if you have some layouts that you wanted printed, this is a great way to present them.

Here are some of the newer layouts.

This layout is of my daughter, an amazingly strong and wonderful young woman. The kit used is from Bianca Argollo of Go Digital Scrapbooking.

This one is my grand daughter on her birthday. Kit is the September Birthday Collab offered at Go Digital Scrapbooking.

New Project

I have to tell you about a new kit that I have been working with. Pam, from Digitreats, sent me a link to the kit because she knows that I like faeries and she told me how awesome the kit is. The kit is "Faerily Moonlit" by Lorie Davison. You can find it here:

Instead of the normal scrapbook page, when I got this kit, I was inspired to write something to go with it. I ended up writing a short children's story and using the kit to illustrate the book. I hope to find other things to do with this kit, but for now........this is it, below is the cover of the book..
